HumanText AI provides an AI-powered text humanization and detection service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2.1 AI Model Dependency

HumanText AI is an independent brand that leverages DeepSeek as its underlying AI model provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to DeepSeek. Our platform uses DeepSeek's AI capabilities to power our text humanization and detection services. The performance and availability of our service may be affected by DeepSeek's operational status.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the service for illegal purposes, including academic dishonesty
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Not attempt to circumvent AI detection systems for deceptive purposes

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Waffo Pancake, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor and is never stored on our servers. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

HumanText AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit for humanization. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
